Q:  What forms of Payment do you take?

A:   We accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal for payment.


Q:   When will my order ship and what is your shipping policy?

A:   All online domestic orders ship within 7-10 business days of the order being placed.

      Orders ship Monday thru Friday. We ship via USPS and Fed Ex from our studio in Los Angeles.

      Please note that Ormolu Press does not charge a handling fee.

      All shipping costs are based solely on weight and destination

      An email confirmation will be sent to you after your product has shipped.

      If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you via email.

      FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, a street address must be provided.

      Please note holiday seasons can increase shipping time estimates.


Q:   Do you ship internationally?

A:   International shipping is available. We ship to countries outside of the United States via USPS.

      Please note international orders have extended delivery times and may vary due to customs.

      All duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of buyers/retailers.

      We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 


Q:  Why do the cards look slightly different?

A:  Each letterpress item is an artisanal craft and irregularities will vary due to the nature of the

     handmade & printed process, but that is what makes it unique! The ink impression and

     the color of the pieces you receive may differ slightly and vary from the pictures you see on your

     computer, tablet or smartphone.


Q:  What is your return /refund policy?

A:  All Sales are Final. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Only damaged or incorrect items may be exchanged and

must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of your order.

Please return the merchandise within 10 business days of the date of receipt.

We will issue you a refund(excluding shipping costs) once we receive the returned item(s) in

its original condition and packaging.  Opened items that have already been marked or labeled will not be accepted.

Final-sale items cannot be returned

Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.



Q:  What If I cancel my order after it shipped?

A:  Orders canceled after shipment are subject to freight fees and any other fees incurred.



The images, designs, and products produced by Ormolu Press as well as our website are all proprietary and

protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, distributing,

or any other misuse of the material is strictly prohibited. Any use of the material other than as permitted by

Ormolu Press is a copyright and or trademark infringement.



We care about the privacy and security of your personal information when you shop at Ormolu Press.

Any information that you provide on our website is used solely for processing and shipping your order.

We will never share or sell your information to any third party.

Secured Socket Layer (SSL) uses the latest encryption technology to ensure that your credit card and

order data is encrypted and secure as it travels to our payment processing system.



Please note, our studio hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. We do not keep office

hours over the weekend, so if you are wanting to inquire about an order
