PAYMENT & PRICES

All orders are charged and paid in full at the time of shipment.

Payment is accepted via credit card or check.

Checks are payable to the address below. ($35 Return Check Fee)

Net terms are available to customers in good standing.

A 10% fee will be applied monthly on overdue invoices.

Pricing & Availability are subject to change.

PACKAGING

All cards have a UPC code and are retail-ready in a protective sleeve with an envelope.

 Non-protective cello packaging is available.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY / DESIGN CHANGES

Items may sell out and be unavailable on occasion. If an item is out of stock we will

notify you ASAP, remove it from your order and make a note on the invoice.

Supplier's material availability, processes, and costs fluctuate. Certain designs that need

adjustments and or enhancements to meet these requirements will be updated.

 TURNAROUND & SHIPPING

We usually ship within 72 hours.

On occasion, it may take up to 1-3 Weeks. In that case, you will be notified.

All orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Contact us if you would like special shipping terms & lead times.

Ormolu Press is not responsible for carrier delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to countries outside of the United States.

International orders have extended delivery times.

All duties, customs, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

All Sales are Final. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Incorrect or damaged items may be exchanged.

Notify us within 5 business days of receipt.

All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused in its

original packaging. 

Items opened, marked, or labeled will not be accepted. 

 

IMAGE USAGE

If you would like to use our images to market Ormolu Press® products for

your own sales and promotions, please ask for permission at info@ormolupress.com

The photography and design rights provided by us only extend to

the marketing of our products.

The images, designs, and products produced by Ormolu Press® as well as

our website are all proprietary and protected by international copyright laws.

 Unauthorized use of any material other than as permitted by Ormolu Press is

strictly prohibited and is a copyright and or trademark infringement.

processing and shipping your order, communications,

Buyer certifies that they hold a valid seller’s permit / Resale# and claim exemption on all purchases.

Our studio hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST.

We do not keep office hours over the weekend.
